Pharmacy Weight Loss Wombwell is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing regulated weight loss consultation and dispensing services to patients in Wombwell and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid UK prescription. Prescriptions are issued only following a clinical review of your completed medical questionnaire by a qualified prescriber.
Submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Our pharmacist or prescriber may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or recommend an alternative treatment.
You must provide truthful and complete information at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a serious matter and may result in the cancellation of your order and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be fulfilled at the price quoted at the time of purchase.
If your prescription request is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved and issued by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.
Medications are dispensed in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to protect your privacy.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or by phone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medication, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for reasons of patient safety.
If your order has not yet been clinically reviewed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
